After graduating from Purdue in 2001, Kate started her career in the
architecture field as an interior designer and architectural illustrator.
She later attended the Masters of Arts program at the University of Indianapolis with a focus in traditional oil painting. She enjoys painting landscapes and portraits. Kate’s favorite subjects are her four children! Kate started her
Paint It! KIDS business in 2012 when her youngest son started kindergarten.
She began offering painting classes for children in elementary schools and preschools in Carmel, Westfield and surrounding areas. In the spring of 2014, the Paint It! KIDS Studio opened in Zionsville where Miss Kate enjoys teaching classes, camps and birthdays!
